Better Chemistry Through Comics
Growing up reading comic books, I had no idea how much raw information I was absorbing through the four-color adventures of super-heroes. It wasn't until I was well into grade school that I realized my vocabulary and mastery of odd information came from facts gleaned through the stories. Many of my generation can tell you much from the Flash Facts pages that ran in -- where else? -- The Flash.
You can see how the Periodic Table has provided countless plot points for numerous stories thanks to The Periodic Table of Comic Books.
